Refund policy

The 14-day trial is free and needs no card, so you can try the till before paying anything.

14-day refunds

If you are not happy with the till, write to nokturbay@gmail.com within 14 days of any charge and we will refund that charge in full, no questions asked. The money goes back to the same card, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Cancelling

You can turn off renewals at any time on your subscription page. The month already paid keeps working to its end, and nothing more is charged.

Payments through Paddle

Refunds for payments made through Paddle.com are issued by Paddle at our request or when you contact Paddle.
