What we collect

At sign-up: your café name, your name, email and phone. While you use the online till: your café's data (products, sales, staff, guests) that you enter yourself. The computer app keeps your café's data on your computer and sends us only the activation code to check the subscription.

Why

To run the till, manage your subscription and payments, answer support requests and tell you about important subscription changes. We never send marketing emails without your consent.

Payments

Payments are processed by FreedomPay. We never see or store your card details.

Who we share it with

We never sell data. It is stored with our hosting provider; payment data is processed by FreedomPay. We share it with no one else unless the law requires it.

Visit counters

The website currently has no visit counters or advertising cookies. If we add them, we will list them here.

How long we keep it

For as long as the café has an account. When the account is deleted we delete the café and sign-up data, except payment records the law requires us to keep.

Your rights

You can ask which data we keep, correct it, export it or have it deleted. Write to nokturbay@gmail.com; we reply within 10 business days.
